These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 788wan platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager. By using 788wan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Age Eligibility: 18+
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the relevant operator or license jurisdiction — to register and use 788wan. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 788wan platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses, free bets and reload offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal eligibility applies. Specific multipliers, qualifying games and time limits are published within each promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture.
PKR Deposits & Withdrawals
788wan displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific deposit or withdrawal channels — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers — depends on the live cashier at time of transaction. No payment provider endorses gambling on this platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), arbitrage abuse, money laundering and any attempt to exploit technical errors or platform vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended and relevant funds held pending investigation.
Jurisdiction & Local Law
788wan does not hold a Pakistan gambling license. It does not claim approval from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, SBP or any Pakistani authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying the lawfulness of their participation under applicable local law, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

SECTION 01
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and 788wan (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the 788wan website accessible at https://788wan.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, products and content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The Platform reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any Account at any time where eligibility criteria are not met or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance, at its sole discretion.
SECTION 04
4.1 Registration Information
When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not authorised. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 KYC Verification
The Platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify User identity, age and the source of funds where required. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Platform may withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion without liability.
4.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms, including pending wagering requirements on bonus funds already credited. Real-money balances remaining after all obligations are settled will be returned via the last verified payment method, subject to successful KYC completion.
SECTION 05
5.1 Deposit Methods
Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. 788wan may reference familiar Pakistan payment channels including bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and Raast instant payments as contextual references only. The availability of any specific channel is subject to change without notice. No payment provider listed endorses or supports gambling on this Platform.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. The Platform reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification, have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements applicable to their balance, and request withdrawal to a verified payment method in their own name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
The Platform does not guarantee processing times for any withdrawal method. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider and are outside the Platform's direct control once the withdrawal request is approved.
5.3 Currency
All Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, the Platform may apply a conversion at its then-current exchange rate, which may differ from interbank rates.
5.4 Cryptocurrency
Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT or other supported assets) are available, they are subject to standard KYC requirements and the operator's prevailing cryptocurrency transaction policies. Cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile and the Platform assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
SECTION 06
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, free spins and reload incentives offered by 788wan are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, qualifying bet types and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
The Platform actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated software to place qualifying bets; placing bets on both outcomes of the same event to minimise risk (arbitrage); or any other conduct designed to circumvent the genuine intent of a promotion. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
6.4 Promotional Changes
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already credited and actively being wagered in compliance with the applicable terms.
SECTION 07
All sports bets placed on the 788wan Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the sport, market and event type in question. These rules govern matters including but not limited to: bet acceptance, settlement methodology, void bet scenarios, live-betting rules and result sources.
For Pakistan cricket markets, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament events and other cricket competitions, settlement will be based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. In the event of a match being suspended, abandoned or voided due to weather, technical failure or any other circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that event type.
The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error, technical malfunction or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.
The Platform's decision regarding the settlement of any bet shall be final and binding, subject to formal dispute procedures available through the support team.
SECTION 08
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788wan Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other materials appearing on the 788wan Platform are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to resell or make commercial use of the Services or their content.
SECTION 10
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wan, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other theory, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform does not warrant that the Services will be free from technical faults, viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling involves risk of financial loss. The Platform does not guarantee any winnings, returns or outcomes. Any reference to illustrative jackpot tiers, bonus amounts or promotional benefits on the Platform is for informational context only and does not represent a guarantee of any specific outcome.
SECTION 11
Your use of the 788wan Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data. The manner in which we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
By creating an Account and using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to such processing, you must not create an Account or use the Services.
SECTION 12
788wan is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Users. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity, including self-set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.
If you believe your gambling is no longer within your control or is causing harm to yourself or others, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or to contact the support team for assistance. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating a new Account. Any Account created in breach of a self-exclusion arrangement will be closed and any funds credited during the self-exclusion period may be forfeited.
SECTION 13
The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users through their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
SECTION 14
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license, details of which are published in the Platform's licensing documentation.
Nothing in this clause is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. However, as noted in Section 1 and Section 10, the Platform does not confirm that the Services are lawfully available in Pakistan and makes no representation regarding compliance with Pakistani law.
Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's standard support and complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's license authority, where one exists. Details of the applicable process will be communicated at the time a formal complaint is escalated.
